Clearing user data deletes SCMM lists

Not sure if this is intentional but clearing user data in the stellaris launcher deletes the SCMM lists too,

In HOI4 purging data is basically mandatory to avoid desync in MP games, so we've ended up trying this in stellaris to some degree of success.
