ESFM all 4op profile

This would be a suggestion to support using all of the operators of an ESFM model chip or emulator, but they're not exactly compatible with OPL3 outside of emulation mode.

I actually going to implement full support of ESFM's functionality (at first on Bank Editor), and with that I will implement a kind of WOPLv3 format that will include new parameters.

Looking forth to it. So does that mean the OPL3 Bank Editor is going to have AudioDrive-hardware ESFM bank format support? And to be able to save such BIN banks in WOPL files as well?
