Instrument names hints: add GS and XG lists

For easier making of GX or XG banks, it's need to extend auto-names generator with GS and XG names list are will be show in dependence from an MSG/LSB bank number also. Note that if same instrument slot is matching between GS and XG, but has difference, make the name like Kick (GS) / Hi-Hat (XG).
