[Editor] Resizable layer visibility boxes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. https://i.imgur.com/CrVvyp8.png These boxes have gotten bigger in a recent-ish change and I don't like it because they take up so much space.

Describe the solution you'd like What if you could drag the bottom edge of them to resize them and the editor remembers it across sessions?

Describe alternatives you've considered Changing it in the application settings to a fixed value would also be fine.

I could add the sort of drag spot, that you can use to adjust height as you want by mouse (and I'll ensure their state will be saved on editor restart), something like textarea in HTML can be easily resized by user if markup setup doesn't forbids that.

btw, just now I checked, and seems very weird why they have shown so big, at me they were displayed as small boxes:

But, in UI editor I see they were bigger... Weird...

For a quick, I made one tweak to make sure these lists won't grow so much as shown at your end. The real resizing I'll try to make later, now is too late (4:46 UTC+3).
