[Editor] Change language from settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My computer language is in Chinese. However, I prefer using PGE Editor in English.

Describe the solution you'd like I'll be nice to be able to change display language for PGE Editor from settings.

Describe alternatives you've considered I guess I can still live with Chinese display language??

Hello! About Chinese language font size, I had a talk with my friend in QQ and they had to notice me that font is unreadable and doesn't matches the system wide. I did the fix that tells to use a system default font size together with an ability to change it's size in app settings.

You can toggle language via Help -> Language menu easily on the fly.

Anyway, I can add the bypass of languages setup into app settings as an addition to help/language menu.
