Make a .deb source package for builds publishing on launchpad

Since some time I have got the Launchpad account: https://launchpad.net/~wohlstand-fox which will allow me to have own PPK for PGE distributions on Ubuntu-compatible Linux distros (Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Mint, Kylin, etc. which I don't know).

To be able distribute packages via PPA, I need to have an ability to build the .deb package of sources: Here is some notes on that https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/PPA/BuildingASourcePackage

An implementation of the generation script would be made as a command inside of build.sh script which also holds some other useful commands like lipdate and packing the whole repo into the tarball.
