[Editor] 2 suggestions for item box tooltip

• [x] Fix empty line at thetop of tooltip widget.

• [ ] Add tooltip on hovering on the selected item that exists in level scene.

All in all, thanks for implementing tooltips. Not every one should know which items were customized.

1. I wasn't finished this thing yesterday because of tiredness and I have planned to finish it today: it must be customizable by placing the custom HTML template that will override this. Seems the space at top was caused by invalid tag that was printed the "Block" title, that needs some CSS to fix that
2. Also planned too (will show tool tip in case of long hover to don't annoy people like in 38A where some people has suggested to make that info-showing be disablable)
