Thanks! Either it's a flaky bug, or it's macOS-specific. I can't reproduce on Windows. Update: I also haven't managed to reproduce it on Linux.

Hmm, looks like WebKit behaves differently with dialogs and `:focus-visible`. I'm not sure if we can do much on our side without sacrificing accessibility.
