[WIP] [Frost Mage] The War Within Update

Work in Progress. This may be done over multiple PRs depending on how many changes end up being needed.

This PR is primarily meant to update Frost Mage for The War Within, but also will be doing the below

• Removing the Checklist entirely
• Removing all Suggestions
• Rewriting the Guide and all associated modules to standardize across all three mage specs for simplicity and ease of maintenance
• Updating Statistics to add more relevant information
