[Shadowlands][Warlock] Update for Shadowlands

I am not a Warlock main, nor have I ever played a Warlock. I am updating some backend code for Warlock to catch it up to some of our other specs and I will be updating their spellbook for the base shadowlands changes but will not be changing any individual modules as I do not have familiarity with the class. If you have suggestions for functionality you would like added to the spec, feel free to comment and if someone takes over maintaining the spec then they can start with your suggestions
