When the 3D mode is disabled main slide shouldn't be in the center

When the 3D mode is disabled main slide shouldn't be in the center. Instead of that main slide should be first left slide. Depending on carousel direction we need to determinate should we use an array of left or right indexes. With the 3D mode disabled one slide will always be empty.

@Wlada - I really want this feature! In "2D" mode the first slide should be left aligned, especially if :loop = false.

Any update on this one?
