DHCP does not work

DHCP fails to get an address no matter the enviroment.

So to add to this, this seems to be Spanning tree related, there is an issue tracked on it in the adafruit library https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Wiznet5k/issues/53
