Support writing row names

hi

If I am not mistaken (please let me know if I am), the current writing API does not support writing row names to a dataframe.

It would be nice to be able to do that.

This would be a great feature to add--would help a few of my group's tools' pipelines by removing dependencies on much larger r2py
