SAS9.4 can not open sas7bdat created by readstat

readstat can read sas7bdat created by sas 9.4, but sas 9.4 can not read sas7bdat created by readstat

I would like to report the same happens for xport (xpt) files.

xpt issue filed. Very confusing issue actually, I got the help from @reikoch to look at it in the right way.
