POR to CSV timestamp error

When converting a .por file into a .csv file, readstat returned the following error:

readstat -f ~/Downloads/100.POR ~/Downloads/100.csv

Converted 0 variables and 0 rows in 0.00 seconds
Error processing (null): The file's timestamp string is invalid

This is POR file that was used: 100.POR.zip
