Height is changing while scrolling.

The height of the bar is changing while scrolling. It is bit distracting to the users. Can I keep it in the same height?

Even though I think while a user is scrolling an article they aren't actively reading there is probably a situation where it could be distracting, so it is a viable option to add. I'll add this to the roadmap, thanks so much for your feedback!
