Fixed encoding to utf-8 and line ending to unix line ending (LF)

Hi. I think this is a good introductory project, and I think it can be improved (at some expense of simplicity) adding better practices. I have some general ideas, if you agree I will be sending you pulls requests periodically.

This pr only fix the requeriment.txt files encoding and line ending.
