does this work with 2 Nvidia GPU's?

i have 2 cards (1060 & 1050) and i want to use 1 for video and the other for gaming but i also want to pass through my 1060 when i go into my windows 10 VM, i want to follow this guide but i first want to know if this works on 2 Nvidia GPU's since i dont see it listed in the cases. thanks in advance.
