Made ReadMe.md more concise

Added a detailed description of the project, a table of contents, credits, licenses, and cleaned up the sections already provided(title, schema, commands). Given that this repository is fairly new, this is typical for a project to not have a large ReadMe File, but it can definitely be expanded upon even at this stage.

FYI, you accidentally added your IDE config to this PR. You'll want to remove that and make sure to add .idea/ to the .gitignore
