base64 option

Can you add base64 option,so it will be more safe.

Hi there,

I do not see how a base64 encoding option might be safer, safer in what way? If your concern is privacy/data sensitivity it won't do much for it.

That being said, thinking about a middleware option that would allow any user to encode/decode stored data as he wants (with stronger/safer encoding mechanism) could be a very nice improvement
