Split into two repositories

As mentioned in the gitter, I think it's best to split the repository for the two versions: Version 1 This has basic functionality. Upload a midi file, see the notes (but not edit them), set not size, etc.. Basically the prototype with the fixed bug of importing the midi.

This has already been exported to https://github.com/Wintergatan/MIDIPunch/

Version 2 Extended functionality with advanced devices support and note editing. It's probably best to go with @Yuleblinker 's extended version. A repository has not yet been made, I think it's best to focus on the basic functionality. If people wish to work on it, you can contact me on GitHub or on Gitter so that we can set up the repo.

Thoughts on the second version's name?
