Request: Let users disable the option to have new items pledged or suggested on their list
You can put it in a "list settings" menu or something under one's user profile
What are some situations that someone would want to enable a setting like this in?
Some people are very particular about their gift lists. If you create a list for a baby, for example, preventing other users from adding items as they wish would discourage them from getting things you don't want or need.
As an example, if I already have a stroller for my child, I'm not going to put it on the wishlist, but I also don't want someone else to get it again.
