If I'm using the Windscribe app, how do I let it use my openvpn server with wstunnel?

I'm using Docker Desktop for Windows with WSL2 backend. I'd also appreciate it if you can help me set everything up. I have the basics (like running wstunnel to listen on the port openvpn uses), but I need further help
