About the wmic.exe issue, Open command prompt as admin and enter `DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:WMIC~~~~` and after that, run ohook script again, let me know if it fails.

@simploita78 that means something is wrong with DISM. Did you use any custom ISO? Any other debloating tool that might have caused this? Is any cyberlock program running?
