WinMerge list files with differences, but check OK. Double clicking on CbsP... checks OK

It seems that the file CbsP... is not compared as a text file in folder comparison. If the file size exceeds 64 MB, WinMerge performs a simple byte-by-byte comparison instead.

When you open the files, they are compared as text. If the only differences are case sensitivity or whitespace, and the option to ignore such differences is enabled, they may appear identical — which can lead to a different result from the folder comparison.

As shown in the attached image, try Right-click → Compare As → Binary. If the files differ there, the result is expected. If they still match in binary comparison, it might be a bug. Please attach the files or a minimal reproducible example if possible.
