Detect archive type from file signature option requires restart

Issue

When selecting the "Detect archive type from file signature" option a restart of WinMerge is required before the option will take effect.

Tested Versions

• WinMerge v2.16.50.0 X64

Possible Solutions

• Update option description to include the text "(restart required)."
• Reinitialize 7-Zip after changing this option.

My Thoughts

Based on my skim of 7zCommon.cpp it's probably easier to update the option description at this time.

The WinMerge process itself does not need to be restarted for this option change to take effect. However, it seems that already opened Folder Compare windows and Select Files or Folders dialogs do not reflect the change immediately, so those windows need to be closed and reopened.
