Does not exist in D Error
Due to sector errors I am now beginning to pay attention to the Comparison Result(CR) which I did NOT do before. It seems that it is NOT unusual for the CRs to be wrong. Can you add some kind of save-debug-log-button to the UI when the CRs are seen to be wrong?
The CRs are frequently correct, but something that can be created run-time when erroneous CRs are seen and saves whatever information that you need to fix the issue.
It's not an urgent issue at all, but with adding the bogus date/time to the log requires the all the date/time/sizes to be visually checked instead of relying on the CR text. Just my 2 cents, Tracey
If you can share the conditions to reproduce the issue, that would be very helpful.
Conditions? Nothing unusual or out of the ordinary, just the routine. That's the problem. Most of the time the Comparison Results are accurate. This must be an intermittent bug for whatever reason.
That is why I suggested a button to press that would generate a Comparison-Result-Debug-Log that supplies you with the necessary information to investigate (back burner project).
I know now not to just trust the Comparison Results without investigating first. Just FYI, Tracey
