No parent folder icon

When there is no right folder, and you create one to compare, it displays the left folder without any means to go back to the parent.

It also asks to create the folder every time, despite checking 'don't ask this again'.

The condition for displaying the icon to 'return to the parent folder' is that the 'Include Subfolders' checkbox is unchecked. Is that checkbox unchecked?

I've tried it but can't reproduce this problem.
