WinMerge does not see the match on third line "-0.0286"

Thank you for showing me an example of what doesn't work. This is not a bug, it's due to the limitations of the current simple algorithm, but it's clearly something that needs improvement. However, it may take some time to improve.

I have been using WinMerge for years. This seems to be a recent problem. Thanks for fixing.
