[feature request] Ignore list

It would be interesting to have a button to add the current difference to a list of differences to ignore. Once added to the list, they would no longer appear until they were removed from the ignore list.

In WinMerge, you can add selected text to Line Filters using the menu displayed by right-clicking as shown below.

To enable these Line Filters, check the Enable Line Filters checkbox as shown below.
