bug: Comparison result is not updated after deleting files if system asks for confirmation

A minor bug, but a bit annoying nevertheless.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a comparison between two identical folders which contain a system file, e.g. a thumbs.db or something like that
2. Winmerge shows the folders as identical
3. Use the context menu in winmerge to delete one of the folders
4. Windows asks for confirmation before it deletes the system file in the folder
5. You confirm that the file should be deleted
6. Bug: Winmerge does not update the confirmation result correctly. Expected: Winmerge updates the result so that the folder is shown as only existing on one side

There are also some other situations in which the result is not updated correctly. For example, I have sometimes situations in which I use the function "update selected (Ctrl+F5)" from the context menu (not sure how it is named in English, in German it is called "Ausgewählte aktualisieren". Afterwards some of the other, not selected lines in the list seem to loose their comparison result. However, I can not really reproduce this, so I am not filing it as a bug yet, but maybe you could look into the issue as well.

I could not reproduce this issue. What version of WinMerge are you using?
