[Feature Request] Right click menu for comparing before copying or moving files to replace with same file name

While programming I often copy files to a folder that already contains an earlier version of that file with the same name. It would be great if a right-click menu item could be added in Windows Explorer when dragging files to copy or move so that a compare window would open up showing the existing file and the file to be copied. After I compare, I would like a button on the compare window that says:

"ok to copy/move file(s)"

and would continue the copy or move of the file or files.

This is something I can do now prior to copying the file but I do it so often, it would be great if this interface enhancement could be added (both the right click in Windows explorer and the "ok to copy/move file(s)" button). It would save me loads of time.
