Is there a way to compare directory and zipped file?

Hi, I try to use this software for a backup solution.

let's say that I have two drives A and B. I would backup files of A to B. Since some files are rarely updated, they're archived as a zip file.

ex) the drive A has foo folder that has files bar and baz. the drive B has a foo.zip zipped file that includes file bar, baz

Can I compare foo with stuff in foo.zip? It would be good there are matching rules for this feature like filter

It is possible to compare foo and foo.zip by specifying them in the "Select Files or Folders" window. Unfortunately, however, it is not currently possible to compare foo and foo.zip in a folder comparison window.
