Close tab after launching UWP app
When myTube companion worked well, it was great it would clean up the tab after launching myTube.
This would work even better if there was a way to force every [YouTube] link to open in a new tab, launch [myTube] then close the tab. E.g. you are on a news website which you wanted to go back to after watching a video.
Well done on solving the [object promise] issue!
Any update on this issue? I think this would be a really convenient feature, it gets a little annoying having to keep closing the tabs over and over again
This used to be a no-go because Chromium removed the auto-dismiss for the app switching prompt, but they've since re-enabled it.
The code for this is simply commented out here. I may be able to get to this right away, but I'll add it to my todo list.
