bold foreign text seems weird

title says it. i tried to apply default font and its still there. verified integrity, deleted fonts folder and verified integrity again, then uninstalling csgo and deleting the folder and reinstalling, and its still there. one thing i did learn was upon removal of noto fonts, i didnt have to click on a cs profile or wait for a death notice to see the font. maybe i could be missing a font but im not sure.
