Playing with TV adapter

Dear William,

Whenever I plug my iPad into the Apple AV adapter and project it onto my TV, it only shows the top screen of the emulator. The bottom screen is still visible on the iPad. This is annoying, could you fix this?

It is designed this way so that you do not lose the ability to use the DS touchscreen. Although for some games I could see the usefulness of having both appear on the TV.
