Fire emblem Shadow Dragon display problem

Hi, I found this emulator and love it. I'm having an issue with a game I love thought:

So I sideloaded latest build into my iOS 10.1 iPhone 6s, and it works great, but when I run the rom for Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon, the lower screen is shrunk in half and the cursor is displaced with my finger.

Tried the same ROM with both desmume and nds4ios and I only have the problem with nds4ios and iNDS, so its not the ROM apparently. The issue came up also with my iPad pro also on iOS 10.1.

The rest of my ROMS run fine, and I'd really love to be able to fix this issue on Fire Emblem.

Two years later, same issue here iNDS on iPod touch with FE. On PC the ROM displays fine, iNDS cuts the screen in half.
