inds can't press 2 buttons at once

So ya when I play new Mario bros ds it won't let me run and press jump I have to let go of run button to jump so ya does anyone know how to fix it

The almighty developer most likely stopped working on this project because of Pokemon GO. That, and he has a life, so he might not respond for the remainder of the year, maximum.
