As mentionned in issue #31 , a downvote reason for answers to a blatantly off-topic question should be created. This downvote reason can be based on current Stackoverflow page How do I write a good answer ?.

Hi Will.. In StackOverflow in spanish we already created this 3 reasons for answer. If you want, I can get you the text in english (probably with some gramma errors), At least you will have some ground to start with..
