@GrumpyCrouton I just pulled #40 which consists of three reasons to downvote answers. The files need extensive editing before they can go live, however (front matter, grammar, removing pronouns, etc)....

Well, answers are god-tier, and comments are s*t-tier in the SE universe. Link only comments... nobody cares too much (tho there's plenty of bitching on Meta about link only comments...

This would be a good example of when it's acceptable. Explaining what is and is not on topic happens all the time. But the range of reasons is pretty broad....

SO is the primary focus, but that's just because that's where I hang, and I got tired explaining why something deserved a downvote. There's no reason why not to branch...
