fix config validation

We need to fix the following issue:

❯ sway --config ~/.config/sway/config --validate
amdgpu: amdgpu_cs_ctx_create2 failed. (-13)

This will allow swayfx to work with nix home-manager by default without needing to specify checkConfig = false;
