Borders are occasionally 1px off on floating views

Issue produced on swayfx running in nested mode on a 1440p 27" monitor with 1x scale. Not every position displays the bug, so usually the window has to be moved pixel by pixel... Setting a larger border size makes it easier to detect so moving pixel by pixel isn't usually needed.

Shown in the below images with a border size of 3px.

In the picture above, the effect can be seen when zoomed into the window on the bottom right segment of the screen.
