Make the skip entry editable?

Hi:

Very thanks for the package. I use it daily as it is own of the few that work correctly with Tramp.

Recently I have the need to use it in a directory, but excluding many irrelevant subdirectories. Deadgrep already has a "skip" header to inform about auto "skipped" directories and we can enable or disable some of those, but so far I don't know a way to add more entries to it.

Is it possible? else Could you consider adding it?
