Popup scrollbar issue

Hi @WildcardSearch !

Since 3.2.11 (I think) there is a graphic glitch with a scrollbar, it is displayed even it is not needed.

I am purposely hiding the scroll bar (by shrinking the width of the popup and using overflow-x: hidden), while leaving it always "on"

If it is showing, then there could be some issue with the JS width settings.

Can you link me to the site? (Privately, if necessary)
