Update map on Report an Encounter page to match lat/long coordinates

Feature request for Report an encounter page (/submit.jsp) so that when users enter data in GPS Latitude and GPS Longitude fields, the map updates to display a pin for the location.

I think this is technically a new feature as I don't believe it ever updated the pin based on the entered fields.

Ah, ok. @TanyaStere42 mentioned it may have worked like this in the past. It's not a feature anyone's asked about, so we can delete if we don't want this in our backlog.

It seems like a self contained feature we can define and make available for pickup. Needs to be rewritten
