Google Maps view on Marked Individual pages don't allow you to zoom in as closely as it does on Encounters

Expected behavior You can zoom into the Google Maps result without restriction from the Marked Individual page (/individuals.jsp) and on the same map in the Encounter page (/encounters/encounter.jsp).

Current behavior There's a fixed level you can zoom in to from the Marked Individual page (/individuals.jsp), even if Google Maps allows you to zoom in further on the same map from the Encounter page (/encounters/encounter.jsp).
