Audit trail doesn't include when a match was confirmed

Expected Behavior When a match is confirmed, the Audit Trail in the Metadata section of the Encounter page (/encounters/encounter.jsp) logs who made the match and when it was made.

Current Behavior When a match is confirmed, the Audit Trail in the Metadata section of the Encounter page (/encounters/encounter.jsp) does not record this action.
