deleted encounters/individuals still appear in search result

deleted individuals/encounters till appear in search result, although the page will show this record does not existed or has been deleted

steps to reproduce:

1. choose one encounter
2. on encounter detail page, assign this encounter to an individual
3. save
4. click delete button at the bottom
5. unassign and delete this encounter
6. in header quick search, search for the individual name
7. in encounter search page, search for the encounter

expected results: 6. the individual does not appear in search results 7. the encounter does not appear in search results

current behavior: 6. the individual still appear in search result, although when you click at the link, it says no such record or has been deleted 7. the encounter still appear in search result, although when you click at the link, it says no such record or has been deleted
