We should seta manual annotation as in-focus and display its rotation handle automatically after drawing the bounding box in Manual Annotation. Users may miss that bounding boxes are rotatable if they don't subsequently click the bounding box to put it in focus and see the handle. This also simply saves everyone an unneeded click.
