Manual Anotation: Activate the box resizing and rotation tools immediately after dragging the bounding box

Feature description and context

After drawing a bounding box, I frequently want to resize and rotate it to get it perfect. Currently this requires me to click on the very fine lines of the ounding bx to then see the rsizing and rotation tools. These should be activated and visible right after the bounding box drag.
